Changes at the Old English Newsletter
The Old English Newsletter is entering its forty-second year of providing news, reports, resources and ideas for Anglo-Saxon studies. With volume 42 OEN returns to its original publishing schedule of two issues a year — an annual Bibliography in the winter and a comprehensive review of scholarship, the Year’s Work in Old English Studies, the following summer. Other material familiar to our subscribers—essays, reports, abstracts, news and announcements—can be found here. Material will be updated frequently, so please bookmark this site and visit it often.
We are working hard to make this site, and the online OEN Bibliography Database, useful for scholars and students. Your feedback and suggestions on ways to improve the site are welcome; please contact the editor, Roy Liuzza, at editor@oenewsletter.org.
The print edition of OEN will continue to be a valuable scholarly resource; continuing subscriptions to the print edition will make it possible for this online site to survive. Subscribers can download a subscription form here (the form is in .pdf format and requires Adobe Acrobat Reader, freely available from Adobe at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html).
We would be grateful if subscribers would remember to notify us of any change in address — because OEN is mailed at the least expensive rate possible, it is not always forwarded by the Post Office when you move. An online form for address changes can be found by clicking the About OEN link at left.
